Ah, childhood. That time of our lives in which all is clean and bright and wondrous. At least for most of us?
This is where my tale begins. You will meet my family, my friends…and me! As well as accompany me to the USA from Singapore. There are books and games and dreams and so many, many things to do and see and learn. Little do I know that all is not well at home, but a child’s view is a narrow and innocent one.
After almost three years, the sunshine of California gives way once more to sweltering Singapore. I’m home…or am I?
